Trims and Powertrain

Those seeking the 2024 Genesis Electrified GV70 can choose from two trims – Advanced and Prestige – both of which get standard all-wheel drive. Their 429-horsepower electric powertrain consists of dual 160 kW motors (one per axle) fed by a 77.4 kWh battery. Genesis also includes a Boost Mode feature for a ten-second increase in output to 483 horsepower. The Electrified GV70 has an EPA-estimated range of 236 miles and an MPGe (mile per gallon equivalent) rating of 98 around town and 83 on the open road.

With Level DC fast charging, the Electrified GV70 can recharge from 10% to 80% in 18 minutes (250 kW at 800 volts). Charging from 10% to 100% takes about seven hours with a 240-volt charger. Genesis includes three years of complimentary 30-minute DC fast-charging sessions at Electrify America locations.

Standard Features

Like every Genesis, the Electrified GV70 is loaded with lots of comfort and convenience features. The Advanced trim gets a hands-free liftgate, tri-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, a driver’s position memory system, a power-telescoping steering column, power-folding electrochromic side mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, ambient cabin lighting, LED headlights, 20-inch alloy wheels, and an 8-inch digital driver display. As far as seating, it has leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, a 14-way power driver’s seat (with massaging and power cushion extension and lumbar adjustment), and a 12-way power front passenger seat with power lumbar adjustment. A Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) system with a 110-volt outlet (that powers small appliances and electronic devices) is also standard. The Prestige takes things to the next level with Nappa leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, heated second-row seats, a head-up display, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, active noise control, a microfiber suede headliner, a leatherette-wrapped upper instrument panel, and manual rear door shades.

There are other standard driver aids, such as Remote Smart Parking Assist (automated parking), front and rear parking sensors, reverse parking collision-avoidance assist, driver attention warning, advanced rear occupant alert, safe exit assist, enhanced highway driving assist, and automatic high beams.
