Although the GV60 has only been around for a few years, Genesis has made noteworthy upgrades inside and out for 2026. For starters, the all-electric compact crossover has a stronger battery pack (84 kWh versus its predecessor’s 77.4 kWh) that allows it to achieve up to 19 more miles of range. In the cabin, the GV60 joins many of its Genesis siblings by getting a 27-inch curved OLED display, taking the place of the dual 12.3-inch digital gauge display and infotainment touchscreen. The topmost trim, Performance AWD, shows off a new digital rearview mirror, and the driver-assistance suite has been rebooted, with Forward Collision Avoidance-Assist 1.5 replacing Forward Collision Avoidance-Assist and Lane Following Assist 2 ousting Lane Following Assist. Outside, look for a redesigned bumper, unique 5-spoke alloy wheels, and updated multi-lens array LED headlights with the automaker’s distinctive dual-line arrangement.
The 2026 GV60 – like every new Genesis – comes with the protection of a 5-year/60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, plus a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty. Buyers also receive three years/36,000 miles of Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance.

The 2026 GV60 gives drivers four trims to choose from: the Standard RWD, Standard AWD, Advanced AWD, and Performance AWD. The Standard RWD, as its name would suggest, has a rear-wheel drivetrain (RWD) that’s propelled by a 168-kW rear electric motor generating 225 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque. The Standard AWD and Advanced AWD pair a 74-kW front motor with a 160-kW rear motor, resulting in an all-wheel drivetrain (AWD) with an output of 314 horsepower and 446 lb.-ft. of torque. The Performance AWD upgrades the front drive system to match the rear: dual 160-kW motors combining to produce 429 horsepower and 516 lb.-ft. of torque.
The Standard RWD is the most efficient, supplying an EPA-estimated 306 miles on a full charge. Next is the Standard AWD with a 282-mile drive range, followed by the Advanced AWD’s 267-mile range. The Performance AWD brings up the rear with a range of 252 miles. Every trim gets monoblock front brakes and ventilated rear brakes, joined by an electronic limited-slip differential, an electronically controlled suspension with road preview; the Performance AWD also gets the thrill-generating Boost Mode.
The lineup’s charging ports are compatible with the North American Charging Standard (NACS), and the 84-kWh, 800-volt battery pack can take the charge from 10 to 80 percent full in approximately 18 minutes with ultra-fast charging. The Advanced AWD and Performance AWD add vehicle-to-load power distribution capabilities.

The Standard RWD and AWD are outfitted with leatherette upholstery, 8-way power-adjustable heated front seats, a 27-inch curved OLED display with an integrated digital instrument cluster, a panoramic vision roof with a power sunshade, wireless smartphone charging, fingerprint authentication and start, dual-zone climate control, a hands-free power liftgate with auto-open, LED multi-lens array (MLA) headlights, silver brake calipers, and 19-inch alloy wheels. The Advanced AWD receives a genuine leather interior, heated and ventilated front seats with memory and Smart Posture Care, a heated steering wheel, a Passenger Walk-In Device (automatically moves the seats for easy entry and exit), acoustic rear glass, and 20-inch alloy wheels. The Performance AWD boasts Nappa leather seating surfaces, driver’s-seat power cushion extension with bolster and Ergo Motion, a head-up display, a digital rearview mirror, Genesis Digital Key 2, heated rear seats, manual rear door sunshades, alloy pedals, black brake calipers, and 21-inch alloy wheels.
Advanced Safety and Driver-Assist Technology
Every 2026 GV60 comes equipped with Smart Cruise Control, Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, Highway Driving Assist, Forward Collision Avoidance-Assist 1.5, Lane Following Assist 2, driver attention warning, rear occupant alert, forward attention warning, lane keeping assist, blind spot collision-avoidance assist, rear cross-traffic collision-avoidance assist, front and rear parking distance warning, safe exit assist, and high beam assist. The Advanced AWD adds a blind-spot view monitor, 360-degree surround-view monitor, Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (rear only), side parking distance warning, Advanced Rear Occupant Alert, and a pre-safety belt. The Performance AWD alone receives Remote Smart Parking Assist 2, Highway Driving Assist 2, Forward Collision Avoidance-Assist 2, and front/side/rear Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist.
Infotainment and Connectivity
The GV60’s infotainment suite is also housed within its 27-inch curved OLED display; it includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio streaming, and SiriusXM satellite radio. The base sound system has eight speakers, but the Performance AWD upgrades to a premium Bang & Olufsen audio system with active noise cancellation. Access to Genesis Connected Services is standard across the lineup, which provides AI voice assist, Genesis Pay, automatic collision notification, roadside assistance, and stolen vehicle recovery.
