With the GV70 in the middle of its generational cycle, Genesis decided to give it a considerable refresh consisting of changes to its exterior look and interior technology. The most noticeable changes center around a redesigned G-Matrix Crest Grille featuring a dual-weave mesh pattern. It’s complemented by new micro-lens array headlamps with Genesis's signature two-line design and redesigned rear turn indicators. The front end also shows off a more prominent skid plate and extended air intake grilles that boost the vehicle’s athletic stance.
An all-new 27-inch OLED display dominates the interior, combining the instrument cluster and infotainment system into a single horizontal layout. Other improvements include adjustable ambient lighting, enhanced voice recognition technology that allows drivers to control various vehicle systems, and revamped over-the-air update capabilities. Performance-focused additions include a new Terrain Mode with optimized settings for different road conditions and Highway Body Motion Control for optimal ride quality. Every 2026 Genesis comes with a generous warranty program that provides five years or 60,000 miles of bumper-to-bumper coverage and ten years or 100,000 miles of powertrain safeguards, as well as three years or 36,000 miles of complimentary standard scheduled maintenance.
